Information Needed at Loan Application:
1) Copy of Driver's License 2) 2-years w-2's & Tax returns 3) 2-months Current Bank Statements 4) 1-Month Current Paycheck Stubs 5) If Self-Employed; last 2 years tax returns and YTD P&L with Balance Sheets. 6) Last 2 Years residence address and Landlord contacts.
